What is the pricing of Human Digital Signage and Customer Information Points?

When in use do the terminals collect any customer datas?

No, kumkju does not collect personal datas of customers. We use Google Analytics to get an idea of how customers use the terminals. For example we measure the total sum of consulting sessions per day and the consulting period of each session. Furthermore – in order to optimize our products – we ask each customer to give us a short feedback about the consulting quality after each session.

In which regions or countries does kumkju operate and can offer its services?

At present we are not able to provide our services worldwide. Currently we are operating in Germany, Austria and Switzerland but plan to expand soon in order to support more countries.

Hardware & Software

What time does it take until the terminals will be ready to use and fully-mounted at the defined location?

From the date of the assigned order we need about 3 month for hardware-preparation, training the Remote Product Experts, shipping and installation at desired stores until the terminals are ready to use.

A terminal has a malfunction or is damaged. What to do?

Don´t hesitate and give us as soon as possible a call for detailed information. We care about a quick solution either a repair on-site or an exchange of the affected terminal within 3 working days.

Can I change the digital content at any time?

Yes. All we need is the new content provided by our clients and the information of the date when the broadcast should begin.

What are the minimum requirements to be met for Human Digital Signage and Customer Information Points?

For a smooth operation our Terminals need a LAN (best) or WiFi connection to the Internet, an AC/DC power supply and – of course – the right place in the store/location.

Can I change the place of installation of a terminal?

Yes, of course you can place a terminal to another site and reinstall it again. But first you have to ensure if the new site will meet all the requirements which are necessary for an appropriate operation like LAN-connection, AC/DC and of course the right place where customers can see it .

What happens to the terminals after a contract expires?

kumkju is fully responsible for the hardware. If a contract won´t extended by a client so it is up to us to deinstall all affected terminals and pick them up for transportation. Clients neither distributors will not have any effort with that.
